1. Measure your feet

Measure your feet to choose best fit for your Open Run

2. Download all prodcution files

Latest version of all production files. Available in EU size range: 36 - 44

*Due to a technical problem, the files are temporarily available from our google drive

3. Shoe last for 3D printing

Make your own physical 3D printed last using attached .STL file

4. Pattern cutting using laser

Laser cutter will provides high speed and extreme preccison

5. Decoration with vinyl foil

Cut the foil and apply it using hot press. Vinyls are available in various colors, I did use reflective one.

6. CNC milled midsole

Use EVA boards or any alternative material for CNC milling

7. Glue them all

Use rubber sole sheet to cut out bottom unit. Glue it together with CNC miled sole and with the bottom upper unit.

8. Hand sewing

Use 2 saddlery needles and a thick, preferably waxed thread to coplete your running shoe.
